So many of us suffer or have suffered from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and a lot of the time we don’t know it until it has run its course. The pictures below can help you know the effects of your PTSD and what will help some of your triggers. For example, if you wake from nightmares and can’t get back to sleep, keep a pen and paper beside your bed so you can write down your dream. This will help you process your traumatic memories in the morning, and hopefully, get you back to sleep quicker.
