If someone you know and loved passed away and you have things you wish you said, wish you hadn’t said etc. A great way to help the grieving process is to write a letter to them. This is a great way to process what has happened and bring light to things you haven’t dealt with and might not know about.
Even if you are just trying to problem-solve or work through trauma or don’t have a friend to vent to, this is a great exercise!
