So many of our anxiety/panic attacks are brought on by fears of the unknown. We get on a thought cycle of: Will I make it through this? What if _____ happens? What if something happens to me/them? This week instead of searching for the clarity and closure to these questions, and living in those fears, try to find beauty and peace in them.
